Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our concierge team will meticulously prepare and package your ‘artifacts’.

• Standard Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays) for us to process your order before shipment.
• Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been handed over to our courier partners.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

We are proud to serve explorers across the archipelago.

• Courier Partners: We collaborate with a network of trusted couriers in Indonesia (such as JNE, SiCepat, J&T) to ensure wide coverage and reliable delivery.
• Estimated Arrival Time:
  • Jabodetabek: 1-3 business days.
  • Java & Bali: 2-5 business days.
  • Outside Java & Bali: 4-10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination address and package weight.
• Special Offer: Enjoy free shipping for all domestic orders with a total purchase above IDR 500,000.

International Shipping

We are delighted to send the ‘soul’ of TravelinJava to explorers around the world.

• Global Courier Partners: We use premium international courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS Pos Indonesia) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
• Estimated Arrival Time: Varies depending on the destination country, generally ranging from 7-21 business days.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Important for International Shipments (Customs & Import Taxes):

• The recipient is fully responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and any other fees that may be levied by the destination country.
• TravelinJava has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you can track its journey via the tracking link sent to your email. You can also enter the tracking number on the official website of our courier partner.
